Full Class Prenatal Vinyasa Yoga (50 min), adapted to the stage of pregnancy
Themed Fastclass Short yoga session (20–30 min) with a specific intention: energy, rest, openness, etc.
Pelvic Floor Practice Guided activation, toning, or relaxation (10–20 min)
Breathwork Techniques such as diaphragmatic breathing, Ujjayi, soft exhales, or lengthened exhalation
Relaxation Savasana, yoga nidra, or guided visualization for connection with the baby
Emotional Journaling Weekly theme: body connection, embracing change, maternal intuition, etc.
